1. Buy a thin cotton/lycra mix glove.
2. Place on hand and hold hockey stick
3. Brush on thin coats of modelling latex.
4. Allow to dry before addng more layers.
5. Remove glove which is now customised to your hand.
6. Brush a 12cm x 10cm rectangle of latex on a hard shiney surface ... like a flat mirror.
7. Repeat 4-6 times.
8. When dry roll the latex into a long sausage shape.
9. Stick on glove for finger protection and fix in place with more latex.
