Xarifa Underwater Hockey Club 

Welcome to the homepage of Xarifa UWH. [zarefa]

We train every Monday (excluding bank holidays) at Miles Platting Pool. 

If you would like to have a go or just learn more contact us to arrange the loan of the necessary equipment or feel free to turn up. 
Many of our players compete as part of the successful Manchester Team, which trains every Thursday at the Manchester Aquatics Centre. 

For people between the ages of 8 and 16 we also have a Junior club, that trains every Friday at Dukinfield Swimming Pool. 

This is one of the few sports were both sexes, young and old can compete on a very leveling basis.

Thanks for looking, go on give it a go, you never know you might like it.  After the Adult session we go for some light refreshment at the AEU Club in Openshaw.  As if that wasn't enough, your first session is free!
