Welcome to UNDERWATER HOCKEY. This is a fast and fun sport played with a puck at the bottom of a pool. It is is ideal for confidant swimmers of any age / size / fitness who are bored with lane swimming, or want to play a team sport. The Farnham and Guildford Octopush Club play twice a week in the Spectrum Leisure Centre in Guildford.

We can teach you to snorkel and how to play. We combine a friendly club with a wide variety of skill and levels. We have two club nights each week, so you are welcome to come & see us at one of the sessions below or you can drop us a note. We play matches in Local and National leagues and have a varied social programme.

We have mixed senior teams and the championship-winning Ladies team - the Spectrum Angels. We also have junior teams, the Under-sixteen's have twice won the National championships without conceding a single goal. We also have a strong Junior program with a new U-19's team this year; our juniors have appeared on television, with programmes such as Pump it Up, Energise and Skillastic.

Club History

FGOC was formed in 1990. Our home, since 1997, is at the Spectrum Sports Centre in Guildford. During the summer months we also play at Guildford Lido.

We play an active part in the National Organisation, and have provided the National Coach, Treasurer and Junior Coordinator for the British Octopush Association.
