Plymouth Underwater Hockey Club (PUHC)

We are a friendly welcoming club who are capable of training you to a high standard.

All are welcome, all we ask is that you are a competent swimmer- at least 50m and be able to touch the bottom at 2m.

We now have strong junior and adult clubs with at least 25 people attending each session.

Junior sessions take place  on a Saturday  at Plymouth Life Centre from 1500 to 1700

All are welcome - you will not need kit but a swimming costume is a good idea!

We have had great success at National level with our U13 squads come and join in

For the adult game
Beginners to Intermediate level

This takes place on a Tuesday evening at the Life Centre Plymouth 20:30 to 22:15
The teams are constructed beforehand so the organisers need to be contacted beforehand.

For more advanced players who can cope in a frantic physical session then the Pirates meet on a Friday at 20:30 at Plympton Pool
