WHAT IS UNDERWATER HOCKEY?

Six versus six. On the bottom of the pool.

Two teams, snorkels, and short sticks. One puck. The aim is to push the puck into the opposing goal. It's fast, four-dimensional, and a workout you won't get anywhere else.

Wednesdays 7:45 pm and Sundays 5 pm (beginners) and 6 pm at Spectrum Leisure Centre, Guildford.

What to bring
Just a swim kit and a towel. We can lend you sticks, fins, a mask and a snorkel.

Who can play
Anyone who is confident in the water. No previous snorkelling experience needed at all.
