11 Rochdale players competed in various age groups in the 2021 Junior National Championships held at Plymouth.
In the under 12's group, six players from Rochdale combined with four from Plymouth and one from Batley to win gold medals and the trophy and are now National Champions. IT IS COMING HOME!!! Well done to Adam McCormick, Syd Harrison, Emily Smith, Billy Brown, Thomas Smith and George Jenkins.
In the under 16's three players joined with six from Plymouth and had a great day without winning a match but made some new friends and enjoyed themselves. Adam Thetford, Ben Johnson and Sophie Redmond.
At under 19 two players competed for a north-west team, winning silver medals, despite having just 5 on the team (Covid strikes again) Isaac Rhodes-Johnson and Jacob Redmond.
