Rochdale Mantas u14 team took 3rd place in the Nationals.

 Mantas players were Zach Tait (c), Julian Capper (vc), Tiegan Alexander, Grace Morris, Alfie Durkin, Jack Midgely, Kal Torson and Rebecca Northover (playing in her first tournament).

In addition, Rochdale players David Grant and Alison Greaves played for the Xarifa under 16 team, with Jacob Redmond and Isaac Rhodes-Dawson (both playing in their first tournament), joining the Xarifa u12 development team

 Monday 25th March  Liverpool Uni Mini Tournament

Junior members Alison Greaves and Grace Morris played for Rochdale senior team in the first game against Liverpool Uni team at this Tournament held at Manchester Aquatics, winning their game.

 Saturday 16^th March Batley Rochdale Mantas Win Batley ROHO Junior Under 14 Tournament

Rochdale Mantas Under 14 team battled consistently to become Junior Champions against teams from Team South West Green (2nd), Xarifa Coyotes (3rd), Batley Tigers, Batley Dragons, TSW Red, Xarifa Cougars and Glasgow Kingfishers. Mantas started  well with a 3 - nil win against TSW Red, and followed by a more emphatic 7 - nil win against Batley Dragons. Xarifa Coyotes put up a more spirited defence with both teams scoring before the match went into extra time, but Mantas came through with a 3 - 1 win. In the play-off section Mantas beat Batley Tigers 6 - nil and faced their stiffest opposition with the last match against Team South West Green, both teams matching each others attacks and defences, taking the match into extra time, with Mantas finding the edge - and the goals to end a tense match 2 - nil.  Saturday 9th March -  Julian Capper joined the Senior team to play in the Manchester Octopush Tournament 2013 at Manchester Aquatics Centre. The team achieved 2nd place.  Full results below.

Results  

 Monday 18^th February - This was half term for most schools. Juniors aged 12 or over, were invited down to the seniors session on Monday 18^th February,   at Manchester Aquatics Centre on Oxford Road, Manchester. Julian Capper, Kal Torson, Matthew Rogan and Teagan Alexander all took the opportunity to get some high level coaching and game experience.
