AGM 2025

16 July 2025 at The Stoke, 8:30pm. Present: Gavin, Kirsten, Paul M, Dan M, Kevin, Keith, Steph, Freya, Jakob, Jen, Ollie B, Alex P. Apologies: Seb, Matt, Ollie.

Treasurer Kevin presented the 2024-25 accounts. The fee increase has improved finances and we're breaking even. Lido fees are high so no Barbipush this year, but we have a quarter of the pool on Wednesdays over a reduced summer period.

Competition highlights: National Qualifiers (5th in Bowl 2024), Nautilus (relegated to Div 4), Ladies Nationals (5th in the Plate). Friendly games with the Isle of Wight and St Albans. Camping trips to Prawl Point. WhatsApp continues for team coordination — Spond was investigated but doesn't yet offer the external output we need.
