BOA Courses

In this Issue:
  • Coaching Course
  • Level 2 Referee course

Coaching Course

A BOA Coaching course is being run in Stalybridge near Manchester on 24th and 25th November 2012.

The course will introduce you to coaching techniques and provide you with your first coaching qualification.

There are still a few spaces remaining so if you are interested contact coaching(at)gbuwh.co.uk

Level 2 Referee course

If you have at least 25 hours experience refereeing at level 1 then you could benefit from the BOA Level 2 referee course.

Level 2 referees should have a very good understanding of the rules of play and be competent to assist level 1 and trainee referees.

The course is a full day in the classroom involving a Power-point display with discussion and analysis of the rules and what constitutes an infringement.

The course will be held on Friday 9th November (The day before Nautilus) from 09.00 in the Park Inn Sheffield.

Hopefully this will help reduce travel for some people who may be attending Nautilus.

As this is a weekday and not easy for some to attend another Level 2 Referee course will be arranged in the near future.

Contact referee(at)gbuwh.co.uk if you are interested in attending.

If you wish to attend a referee or coaching course then please contact me and I will try to arrange one.
